Combining flexibility, harmonious integration of architectural heritage and ecological commitment, it embodies the future of collaborative workspaces, combining innovation and sustainability. It offers a comprehensive approach to the evolving needs of businesses.
Delivery of the new buildings, representing an additional 20,000 sqm, is scheduled for the end of 2025.

Our premises are designed to accommodate not only your offices, but also your R&D laboratories and small series production lines.
Our buildings are equipped with reception/shipping areas, premises pre-equipped with industrial fluids and environmentally controlled premises (ISO 8 clean rooms or temperature-controlled rooms).

BUILDING E

The beating heart of the campus
With its 8,500 sqm of floor space spread over 4 levels and 100 metres in length, Building E is
the new nerve centre of the campus, bringing
together the different campus communities: employees, students and entrepreneurs. With office and laboratory floors ranging from 35 to 500 sqm, Building E has a modular design to adapt to the different needs of companies and support them as they grow.

BUILDING D

The house of start-up
Located at the entrance to the campus, this 3,300 sqm building is home to start-up and businesses, with double-height lots that can meet the needs of industrial activities, with floor areas ranging from 100 to 800 sqm.
Designed like a Japanese pavilion, its light architecture and large picture windows give residents a real sense of  immersion in the park.
The ground floor can accommodate heavy industrial installations requiring high ceilings and also host a reception and dispatch area.

BUILDING B

Views of the countryside
Built on the roofs of the campus’s historic buildings, this simple, lightweight wooden extension is in keeping with the existing buildings, and features a number of openings in the façade. These 600 to 1,000 sqm workspaces overlook the campus, with exceptional views over the park and forest of
Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
