The campus extension project aims to obtain the BBCA label, token of its commitment to reducing its carbon impact.
The design of the buildings favors bio- and geosourced materials, a ultra-efficient envelope, and a low-carbon energy supply thanks to the urban heating network. The reversibility of the structures allows for future adaptation, minimizing the long-term carbon footprint.
IMPACT-Based Management
iXcampus stands out for its exemplary environmental management, with a high-performance waste management system and partnerships with local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint. We promote clean mobility with appropriate infrastructures. In addition, we have set up a low-impact construction site, recovering over 80% of waste.
