More than a place,
a meeting point
Accelerate your roadmap.
Secure the funding.
Join the A-team of your field.
Join IXLAB and get on board our next collaborative project
We pinpoint a technological bottleneck holding back the photonics and quantum industry from scaling. We bring together Europe’s best startups, manufacturers, and research labs to build a value chain — or an integrated solution — that moves the needle. We lead the grant application to secure public funding. And we host the consortium, opening up our technical facilities and equipment to the winning teams for the entire duration of the project.
You keep your technology, your IP, and your value: no equity stake, no entry fee — we get paid when you succeed.
Tap world-class equipment and public funding.
Tap into French and European non-dilutive funding, run your R&D inside our IXLABs, and get your hands on equipment you couldn’t amortize on your own: PIC-to-FAU coupling lines, flip-chip, two-photon polymerization 3D printing, micro-transfer printing on TFLN, III-V and BTO, wafer-level packaging, and 4K-to-10mK cryostats.
Team up with the best.
Our teams travel across Europe to meet the sharpest players in integrated photonics and quantum technologies — startups, labs, and manufacturers. Every consortium brings together complementary partners who can build a unique competitive edge together.
Build your demonstrator at Europe's one-stop shop for photonics and quantum.
Our projects put you in direct contact with the large accounts and integrators that shape market demand, and plug you into the French and European institutional ecosystems IXCAMPUS partners with.
The projects shaping tomorrow’s photonics and quantum industry

QUBIT CONTROL 2030
In 2025, IXCAMPUS launched “Quantum Control 2030” around its Saint-Germain-en-Laye technical facilities — a project dedicated to controlling quantum objects in cryogenic environments. Co-funded through the iDEMO grant program, five industrial players in the field (Viqthor, Isentroniq, Radiall, Silent Waves, and SEDI-ATI) share a common ambition: controlling quantum objects at industrial scale.

PHOTON PACK
Advanced photonic packaging: today’s make-or-break step for scaling integrated photonic circuits. It’s the missing link between a chip that works in the lab and a component ready for industry. Built and hosted by IXCAMPUS at its Saint-Germain-en-Laye packaging facility, in response to the IRRI call for projects launched in 2026 by the Île-de-France Region, the consortium brings together startups Icon Photonics and Doors Photonics alongside research labs CEA List and ESIEE.
