Technical facilities and services tailored to your activity

Private spaces from 25 to 120 sqm, ultra-flexible and set in a controlled environment tailored to your industrial process (cleanroom, specialty gases, deionized water, fume hoods, energy, etc.). Bookable online for periods ranging from one month to one year, these spaces ensure confidentiality and security while adapting to your needs (prototyping, client demonstrations, pilot lines) and supporting the growth of your business.

Private platforms ranging from 200 to 1,000 sqm, tailored to your industrial processes (cleanroom, specialty gases, deionized water, extraction systems, available energy, high ceilings, etc.). Delivered as ‘white shells’ specifically designed to host nanofabrication or controlled-environment production processes, our technical teams customize them according to your needs. You benefit from shared access to specific utilities and characterization equipment, while maintaining full control over your production facility.

While enjoying a private space that guarantees confidentiality and security, you will have access to shared testing and characterisation equipment and resources (cryostats, microelectronics laboratory, thermal chambers, Fab Lab, etc.).

A 1,000-seat food court offering a varied selection through its five kiosks open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A 1,200 sqm sports center equipped with cardio training and weightlifting areas, offering group classes led by qualified coaches.

A conference center with a 280-seat auditorium and private lounges for hosting your internal events, scientific conferences, product launches or executive committee meetings.

A high-standard student residence with 30 rooms designed to host international students and visiting researchers.

Excellence in training in design and photonics

CY School of Design trains the committed, innovative, and open-minded designers of tomorrow.

CY Tech trains engineers and experts in science and technology who are innovative and responsible. At its Saint-Germain-en-Laye campus, iXcampus hosts all specialised master’s programs in science and technology from CY Cergy Paris University’s leading engineering school.

A production school preparing students for the vocational baccalaureate in ‘Optics – Photonics: Light Technologies’, the school trains young people aged 15 to 20 for careers as production operators in a sector of excellence covering a wide range of disciplines.

An outstanding training program at the heart of quantum technologies, combining advanced theoretical teaching with practical application on specialized equipment.

Controlling quantum objects on an industrial scale

Brought together around a project, five industrial and academic players in the field (CEA, Isentroniq, Radiant, SilentWaves, Viqthor) share a common ambition: to control quantum objects on an industrial scale.

Technical platforms and testing equipment

iXcampus coordinates the project and provides dedicated technical facilities (cryogenics, backend) open to all industry players in the sector.

Low-energy buildings

In Saint-Germain-en-Laye, our buildings are BBCA (Low Carbon Building) certified thanks to the use of geo-sourced and bio-sourced materials (structural stone, wooden façades and floors, etc.).
Our buildings are also energy-efficient, with a heating target of 17 kW/year/m², which is close to passive building standards. Built in the heart of a listed wooded park, the outdoor landscaping ensures soil permeability and responsible water management.
