iXcampus organises a Factory Tour to showscase the campus infrastructures

An Immersion into the heart of the Campus

On April 1^st, 2025, iXcampus welcomed a delegation for an exclusive Factory Tour on its Saint-Germain-en-Laye campus. The purpose of this event was to showcase our infrastructures, expertise, and ambitions to support players in quantum technologies, photonics, and nanotechnologies.

Throughout the visit, participants discovered the campus expansion program and its future production platforms, scheduled to open in January 2026. They also had the opportunity to exchange with several startups from our incubation programs, particularly in the fields of photonics and quantum technologies, before visiting the production lines of Exail, a major industrial player established on the campus.

These highlights fueled a collective reflection on the sector’s real needs and on how to build the right tools to design, produce, and attract top talent. The feedback collected contributes to shaping a campus designed first and foremost for its users, offering concrete answers to the challenges of technological innovation.

This Factory Tour confirmed the spirit of co-construction driving iXcampus and its partners. The involvement of Systematic Paris-Region Cluster, alongside startups Viqthor and Unveil and industrial leader Exail, enriched the discussions and reinforced a shared conviction: a campus designed around its users is the key to meeting tomorrow’s major technological challenges.

Next step: the official opening of the new campus in January 2026 — a unique place dedicated to deeptech, designed to innovate, collaborate, and grow.
